’Tender arguments or nothing', is a collection of nine works- life-size replicas of 9 stones collected by Olaf Nicolai from various locations. The stones remind particular memories, personal histories, past travels….

The collection of stones were processed though a 3D scanner and then reproduced in white resin.  Composed of many many thin layers, printed on top of each other whilst the original natural stones were formed by erosion.

A mechanical production echoing a natural process….  ghosts of the original stones and their memories and histories.
